What to do when an email bounces
There are a few things to check when a parent says they didn't receive an email notification from the school:
- Go to the parent's profile and double check that their email is entered correctly.
- Notice if there are any red bounced email banners on the user's profile. The error message will usually tell you what is wrong, whether it's an invalid email address, if the user has unsubscribed, or if the email has bounced.
- If you see the email bounced error, email us at info@transparentclassroom.com as soon as possible with the user's full name and email address. We will clear the suppressions in our system and that person should start receiving email notifications.
