Limiting the lessons shared in a conference report

You can limit what lessons are shared in a conference report by editing the "Lesson list w/ proficiencies" widget. 

Go to [Admin] > [Design Conference Reports] and click on the report template that you want to edit. Then click on the "Lesson list w/ proficiencies" widget. You will see three little vertical dots. Click on these and select [Limit Areas To].

Screen-Shot-2020-12-15-at-12-33-25-PM.pngOnce you do this, you will need to type in all the areas that you want to share in the report (leaving out those areas which you do not want to share). You will need to type in the exact name of the area as it appears in your lesson set. Additionally, once you do this, the report template will only work for classrooms attached to that same lesson set.

Screen-Shot-2020-12-15-at-12-36-19-PM.pngAfter you've typed in the areas you want to share, click [Done], and then [Save] for the entire report. You can click [Preview] to see how it looks, or you could generate a draft for a child (and delete it later).
