How do I stop forms from auto-completing?

If you'd like to make forms not autofill with previous responses, you can make that change in the template widget. You have to go through and do this for each widget that you don't want to autofill. Click on the widget to open it, then click on the three vertical dots in the lower right of the widget to open a menu. Select "Do not autofill" and click [Done]. Once you have done this for all the widgets, make sure to [Save] the template.
