What type of photo files can I upload to Transparent Classroom?

We currently support .jpeg, .png, and .heic photo file formats. This means you will only be able to upload photos with those formats to Transparent Classroom, other files will not work. 


However, currently Apple and Chrome are not playing nice causing .heic file formats, while technically they are uploaded to Transparent Classroom, to not show up on Chrome browsers. To get around this, we suggest that you change your file format to .jpeg or .png. You can follow the steps in this article to disable HEIC on iOS devices before taking any new photos.
