How do I schedule a training or live call?

Many people enjoy speaking to us. This could be for a variety of reasons: you find it easier to describe your question verbally, you find it faster to speak with someone than to email them, or any other reason. While we do not offer phone support, we do offer free live Zoom calls with our user support staff. You can schedule these calls by logging in to your Transparent Classroom profile, hovering over [Help] on the sidebar, and clicking on [Train Me]. Our calendar will allow you to schedule 15, 30, or 50 minute Zoom calls, and you can schedule up to a month in advance.
