Downloading Photos (for Parents)
It's easy to download any photos of your child that you wish to keep! You can download
- individual photos
- all the photos of your child
- or more specifically, photos from your child's Portfolio
Downloading individual photos of your child
To download a photo that you are looking at on your child's main profile page in Transparent Classroom, simply click on the photo to enlarge it. Then click on the [...] in the upper right corner of the photo and select [Download]. This will open a full-size version of the photo in your browser. Right-click on the photo to access the menu and select "Save image as...".
If you are looking at photos from your child's [Photos] tab, click on the photo to enlarge it, then click on the download icon in the lower left corner to download the photo.
Downloading all of the photos of your child
Go to your child's profile and click on [Photos] > [Download all]. Click on [Prepare photos] for any calendar year that you wish to download.
Downloading Portfolio photos of your child
Follow the above directions, but use the toggle to select "Portfolio only" before clicking [Prepare download].
