Downloading Individual Photos

There are two ways to download a single image.

From the [Activity] page, or the child's profile page, hover your cursor over the photo and click on the [...] in the top right of the photo. Select [Download] from the menu. This will open a full-size version of the photo in your browser. From there, you want to save the photo (most often you right-click to access the menu and then select "Save image as...").

Alternately, from the [Photos] tab, click on the photo to enlarge it and select the download icon.

Downloading from the Portfolio

You can download Portfolio photos for individual children or your whole class (or school if you're an admin user).

To download Portfolio photos for an individual child, go to their profile > [Photos] > [Download all] > use the toggle to select "Portfolio only" > click [Prepare download] for any calendar year.

Similarly, to download Portfolio photos for a whole class or school, go to [Photos] > [Download all] > toggle on "Portfolio only" > then select the year to download.

Downloading all photos

You can download all photos from your classroom or school by going to [Photos] > [Download all]. You can only download by calendar year.
