How do I add my logo to a form?

Some schools would like to add their logo to any forms that they create in Transparent Classroom. This article will walk you through how to do it step-by-step.

Adding your Logo to a Form

First, you need to upload a logo and banner to your school. Go to [Admin] > [School Settings] > [Logo]. Use the [upload] button to upload both a logo and a banner. It is important to upload a banner (it can be the same file as your logo file) because only banners can be added to forms and conference reports.

If you'd like to be able to resize your banner in your form, once you've uploaded it, click on the banner image to open it.

Copy the url at the top of the page. Then go to [Admin] > [Design Forms] and open the form you want to add the banner to. Drag the "Text" widget to where you would like the banner located in the form.

The widget will automatically open. From here, there are two options. You can simply type

"[[SchoolBanner]]" into the text box. This will create a banner across the width of your form.

If you would like to have a smaller banner, you can simply add a percentage or pixel count to the square brackets. Like this: [[SchoolBanner!50%]] or [[SchoolBanner!500px]].

Once you click [Done], you will see your banner at the top of the form. Make sure to [Save] before you navigate away from this form template!
