Add a PDF as a Link in School Info

Once you have your PDF ready, you will need a URL to link the PDF to your form. In Transparent Classroom, you can add a link attachment to "School Info" to create a URL link for your document.

First, go to [Home] > next to the "School Info" section click on [Add] > add a name for the page > [Upload an attachment (e.g. Parent Handbook)] > [Create].

Now that the link has been created you can start uploading your documents as attachments by clicking [Choose File] > select the document from your computer > [Open] > [Upload].

Next, you can open up the attachment and copy the URL address at the top of the browser window. The URL is the link we will need to add to the form.

Now you are ready to add the URL link to your form. To open up your Form template, go to [Admin] > [Design Forms] > click on the Form you want to add the link to > drag and drop the "Text" widget from the menu on the left onto the template > select the link icon > add in some text to describe the link > paste the link in over the example link > [Done] > [Save].
