Adding Tables to Forms

Once you pull a table widget into your form, you may not fully understand how to set it up. We're here to help! The following photos will walk you through setting up your table.


First, give the table a name, or Title. You can add a description if you want, but it is not required. Descriptions are often helpful for parents to understand what you want from them, or how to fill out the table. Specify how many rows you want, then name each column (this is "Fields").
