Using the Lesson Reference Sheet

Often, teachers need to be able to easily look back at recently recorded lessons for their students. Or, perhaps you would like to share a list of recently presented materials for your assistants to use to redirect students. Either way, the page you want to use is the Lesson Reference Sheet.

You can find the Lesson Reference Sheet by going to [Reports] on the sidebar and clicking [Lesson Reference Sheet].

If you use the [Child Boxes] lesson plan, this page will look familiar. The children each have a box with their name and a list of lessons underneath. The children's names are arranged according to the way they are arranged on the [Progress & Plan] page. If you would like to re-arrange them, go to the [Progress & Plan] page and click on the small A->Z icon.

Each lesson in the list will have a level of progress indicated next to it in the color associated with it on the [Progress & Plan] page. Additionally, the Lesson Reference Sheet defaults to one week. You can extend that time period by selecting your dates and then clicking [Run report]. You can also de-select any level of progress you don't want to view on your lesson list. For example, if you only want to view the lessons the children have recently been introduced to or need more work on, you can de-select "M" and "P" for Mastered and Practiced.

Lastly, you can print this page to have quickly accessible in the classroom, or to share with your assistants. To print directly from your browser type Command+P (Mac) or Control+P (PC).
