When Parents Can't Login
When you’re adding all of your parents, there are typically a few that need some extra help logging in.
Sometimes a new user doesn’t see the invite in their mailbox, it gets stuck in their spam folder, they forget their password, or perhaps there is an error in their email.
Here’s a handy flowchart for you to use to help you help your parents:
(Note, anywhere the flow chart says "Parents" you can substitute "Staff")
