How to Schedule a Training
All staff users can request virtual training sessions with our Customer Team at no additional cost. Just log into Transparent Classroom, hover over [? Help] and click [Train Me] to see our calendar. You can also reach out to us directly at info@transparentclassroom.com if you need any support with scheduling.
Getting Started Walkthrough
Following the steps here can be a great way to familiarize yourself with the key areas of Transparent Classroom. We highly recommend all teachers new to the platform move through these steps.
Our video tutorials are another great way to get familiar with Transparent Classroom. You can get to the tutorials by hovering over [? Help] on the left side of any Transparent Classroom page and clicking [Video Tutorials]. You can also quickly access our HelpCenter from any page by clicking the orange [?] in the bottom right.
Your Profile
One of the steps in the Walkthrough will ask you to fill out your Profile. You can also choose to share your contact information on the Directory your parents and other non-Admin users will see by clicking the box for "Do Not Share" next to those fields. You can also change your default language, update your password and add a quick-pin.
If you are also a parent at the school, you may want to combine your staff and parent access into the same log-in. Reach out to an Admin user at your school to have the "parent" role added to your Profile.
